Tracy Baugh Fussell, M.S., L.P.C., N.C.C.
Director of Clinical Services
Ms. Fussell is Director of Clinical Services and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and English from Troy State University Dothan in 1999 and a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University Dothan in 2001.
She is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Alabama Board of Mental Health and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors. She received training and certification from The University of Michigan Autism and Communicative Disorders Center (UMACC) in 2008 as a rater for administering the ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) and ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule).
She has over fifteen years of experience in mental health working with children, adolescents and adults.
Stacie Whiddon, M.S.
Ms. Whiddon graduated from Troy University with a Bachelors in Psychology and later went on to complete a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health. She previously worked with geriatric patients in an inpatient setting for 7 years. She worked in counseling adolescents and adults for 5 years. Ms. Whiddon began working as an assessment specialist in March 2018.
Nicola Wood, M.S.
Nicola Wood earned a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from East Tennessee State University in 2009. Mrs. Wood has experience as a public school teacher in preschool, kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms. She continued her education at Troy University and earned a M.S. in Counseling and Psychology in 2015. She completed her masters program internship at Altacare Outpatient Counseling and Psychiatry as a mental health therapist. She continued working with adults in a substance abuse program as an Associate Licensed Counselor. She has plans to pursue licensure as an Licensed Professional Counselor. She began working as an assessment specialist in March 2018. She spends her time off enjoying life with her husband, Brandon Wood, and their two children.
Georgia Allen, M.S.
Ms. Allen earned her B.S. degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of West Florida. She went on to teach 2nd grade before continuing her education at Troy University earning a M.S. in counseling and Guidance. Her work experience includes behavior therapy with adults with disabilities, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, and psychological and neuropsych testing in children, adolescents, and adults. She began working as an assessment specialist in December 2018. She is married to Jake and they have three children Camille, Ty, and Kingston.
